For Hong Kong movies I only go for 杜琪峰 directed movies. E.g.. PTU

 

Recently just watched a latest from John Woo. Super cheesy dialogue and waste of eyes power.

 

Unless you are a super fan of flying in mid air with bullets spraying from a pistol, save the world, save more electricity.

Last time they depended on real brawn.

 

Now, they just take the easy way out and try to be artistic when they are not.

We should not forget about the Hui brothers for the contributions to HK movie industries in the 70s and 80s.

Only story of ah lang. The rest pretty commercialise.

 

Stephen chow movies was good for laugh step out cinema really can't recall the movie.
