I think the route will get to see Mt fuji, I took a photo last yr when I flew from haneda to new chitose, but my flight was in the morning.

Yah. The golden hour colour made it extremely beautiful.

Worsened after vibrations caused by the opening and closing of a rear door.  No solar film to hold the disintergrating glass pieces.  Unsafe to drive, luckily rental co. brought a replacement car after a few hrs.

@Tohto  It happened in Melbourne.

Seems pretty common, caused by swooping Magpies, especially in Spring. 

These birds are aggressive (to protect their young) and also attracted to shiny/reflective objects.

The affected car window probably reflected street lights or morning sun, thus was attacked.
