Around 7pm flight from Narita to New Chitose, surprised on the mountain fuji view.

I think the route will get to see Mt fuji, I took a photo last yr when I flew from haneda to new chitose, but my flight was in the morning.

Parked late night by kerbside and discovered this next morning. 😲

Worsened after vibrations caused by the opening and closing of a rear door.  No solar film to hold the disintergrating glass pieces.  Unsafe to drive, luckily rental co. brought a replacement car after a few hrs.

Looks like Aussie land.

@Tohto  It happened in Melbourne.

Seems pretty common, caused by swooping Magpies, especially in Spring. 

These birds are aggressive (to protect their young) and also attracted to shiny/reflective objects.

The affected car window probably reflected street lights or morning sun, thus was attacked.
