that means it CANNOT be blowing around the room.

Hence the air in that room must be very clean.

Maybe this design integrated the self washing seats in mind on rainy days.

We don't need a genius to see the problems. 

That bus stop is not the conventional type where the pillars are on the side of the panels. Not only that, the roof is simply too short. You can see the additional extension which is not enough to serve its purpose. 

I am wondering how such a project got approved.

This is even worse on rainy days.

With strong wind, confirm wet.

New design needs to extend the roof by 0.5m

I've even seen people standing on the seat during "big wind and rain" time.

My guess many designs are outsourced to people in Australia or Sahara. Only need to shelter from the sun. Even place like IBP bus stops also same with convex ceiling to channel the water towards the centre of the bus stop to clean the floor.

And with inverted triangular metal support ready for your head as you get down from the bus.

Too bad we can't outlaw stupidity.
