Salute! At that hour daily, Mother Nature had me on zzzzz duty. She understands my spirit is willing to go exercise but flesh is not too cooperative.

 

I am grateful my sleep is peaceful and everyone at home never attempt to call for fire engine to wake me. This was a personal joke.

 

My late mum used to complain that i can sleep so soundly and deeply that she swore even a fire engine on full siren is next to my ears, i will not stir. Yes, she always found it very hard to wake me. Will need half an hour to make me open my eyes, after which i will close them and continue sleeping
