Perhaps you would like to start searching what kind of lowering springs you need:

1) -30~35mm (performance/extreme type, shocks replacement is necessary)

2) 15-20mm (oem shocks compatible, for cosmetics only)

 

Then, look for the brands that are available, choose the spring and look for the local distributor.

If they haven't brought in yet, you can try your luck to order from Japan directly since it's a Toyota.

but then if u up seize the wheel and never lower. it will look funny

That`s true. If such car wil be lower, it won`t be convenient to ride on a bad road, for example. I don`t advise to make Toyota wish lower, that will be a mistake.

Modifying your car's suspension may look good but no guarantee the ride quality will be better.

Road humps is no friend of lowered suspensions.
