I agree action starts maybe 345pm. But at 100+bids still at 2pm is really not much demand, even previous round is a few hundred bids by 2pm.

Looks likely a drop this round as compare to last round. Demand seems even lower.

You sure AD need to standby so many people to bid COE? Sometimes it shoot like nobody biz 1-2 minutes before closing. didn't look like they have many people doing this together. more like a batch bid.
