This topic has not been updated since the news in Dec last, so am I right to say so far no one being stop from entering Msia, thus no complain here> ?

I went to KL in January 2nd week and no one stopped me to enter in Malaysia. However, once they stop you for any reason, they can add this to their list ;)

What's important is this:

"Peraturan bagi kenderaan dan pemandu asing yang memasuki Malaysia adalah berdasarkan Motor Vehicles (International Circulation ) Rules 1967."

"Rules for foreign vehicles and drivers entering Malaysia are based on Motor Vehicles (International Circulation) Rules 1967."

"However, this rule is exempted from motor vehicles from Singapore and Brunei."

I think this is a wrong interpretation.

I know how to read, write and speak fluent, modern Malay Language.

The exemption mentioned is only for the 3 administrative points which are related to the form JPJK9, approval from Port Authority and the validity period of the ICP. Basically foreign vehicles from Singapore and Brunei don’t need to fill up the form.

However, all foreign vehicles are expected to adhere to the Syarat Syarat Utama which loosely translate to Main T&C.
