It was parked between two other cars, not near bike parking spaces. My was was parked quite far in, not protruding out. And no, PMDs are not prevalent at my mscp. It was parked between two other cars and the back is where the infamous hdb overlapping is, not passable to people. There are two sets of scratches, the upper ones are deeper than the lower set. The upper set cuts into the paint towards the wheel arc, which I am not able to polish off. The lower set of scratch lines are more even, unlike the upper set with different heights. I am puzzled as the row where my car was parked does not lead to any passage or short cut. So, the most likely culprit could be the car that was trying into the next space. Just touch up with a small brush (plastic won't rust) and wait for the next scratch....... (Mine was like that with self touch up) until someone hit my fender then I resprayed one shot.
