Try to get video footage from your car cam. Make a TP report for hit-n-run within 24 hrs. Perhaps request CCTV footage from petrol kiosk as well.

Petrol kiosk manager said can only give to police.

That culprit insurer said they are still advising him to report. OMG 

Anyway I posted the video in sg Road vigilant

@Happylife88 Saw the video, while there’s evidence and witnesses, doubt 3rd party claim is worth it.

Basically one panel paint damaged, easily $200 plus the price is exclude lost of use.

Suggest pay yourself and hopefully you make police report already. Can only get him back by using TP to fine and demerits points. 

If claim first party just make sure got NCD protector and no excess. Else no worth it either.

Civil case like this, can get demerit points one? Don't think so right? 

Otherwise every guy who dings my door panels at a car park would get demerits all over... Hah..

@Comage report police as hit & run. I never say civil case. not worth a couple of hundred even my case a few thousand, when contacted lawyers for civil, they’ll not interested either.

Bumper only and no dents. Can try polishing it away.

The lines are not straight, what could have cause it?

I might be wrong but looks like faint paint transfer for the 2nd line from the top. So maybe a lowlee or van.

It was parked at level 1 of my mscp. Sunday was not used. So, I don't know who the culprit is.

Yes, i think so too. Blue paint transferred. 

@Fitvip, inside mscp or at Pasir Ris Park?

my wife's car got it yesterday too

road side parallel parking

the car alerted me via apps in my phone

rear corner on the driver's side

it's more like a paint transfer

I removed it 100% by using magic sponge and plain water

Furtunately those bumper joint clips are not broken. I tried to polish it away but it cut into the paint near the wbeel arc.

I wonder what could have caused it too.

Don't know what vehicle. It is quite low., Less than the wheel height and the lower scratch is near the lower lip.

I notice the paint transfer too. 

It was at level 1 of my mscp, opposite the car wash bay.
