Where got haunted

It is a house of love and labour

Imagine in its days, the little children playing in the garden

The boss Lim Kopi in the rocking chair

The maids and plantation workers toiling

Usually when a place no people go one, people would say that place is haunted de.

the house is now haunted by all the tall residential buildings surrounding it :lll._.:

This station is a standby for excuse of any major LRT breakdown ..

The Cow will use the "Haunted" :a-fun:  excuse after exhausting all his daft explanations [hur]  .....

Actually what's wrong with 150k for 4 room.

Actually nothing wrong.

Ok guess I have have explain the rationale why the area is not developed yet.

Because HDB did not want to over supply like they did in expectation of large number of Hongkongers coming over before 97.

Punggol being developing for the last 20 years is only utilising 50% of the available land.

The price of a 4rm HDB now comapre to 10yrs ago is double the BTO price.

Build too much now will need to sell cheaper to clear them.

The way its being developed is nearer to the MRT at later timing than most of existing plots, also command higher price, closer to the overhyoed waterway, higher price. Future development towards coast line also will not have lower price.

So in short they do it slowly lah.

Its just a shell station.  The station concrete form has been built but not fitted out to function as an operational platform.
