yours should be under 4PX i guess, click on 4px and send them the 3 screenshot with the parcel no.

i think got more choices now. If i remember correctly, it wasn't 4PX when i checked out? But cant be sure.

 

I tried to check something out from my cart. If you 集运, this is the option

based on your picture, it shows how you want it delivered and by what shipping and not the different companies

 

官方空运 - By air

送货上门 - send to house

自提点取货 - self collect from collection point

 

官方海运 - by sea

送货上门 - send to house

 

the link i send you, only 4px and lazada has 人工服务, i.e customer service rather than automated reply

like yours lor. reach sg then all the messages stopped. My 1 delivered item shows item delivered.

Doesn't tell me which forwarder. Just who's the internal delivery in china.

My guess is the goods is with delivery man. He has not delivered yet.

But he clicked delivered to get his pay or incentive.

At first i thought what u showed actually lead to something. It just leads to the same generic chat.

 

u can't even use voice message. It's frustrating to type all these and get this f**king worthless replies

Ok i spent 30mins, and the ONLY f**king thing I've found out is that this is the package number.

Tried your link, but the tracking number doesn't work.

i rather buy from Aliexpress, less choice and slightly more ex, so fast everything on time or before time, and mostly free shipping.

I have been buying stuff from TB directly even since i came back.

 

No issue with delivery.

 

Usually it takes about 5 days to reach me.

I usually buy from aliexpress or have ezbuy buy and ship for me. 

 

cost a little bit more, but really save me a lot of headache, and no need to do consolidation on my own.  ^_^

There's 2 conclusions.

 

a) Speedpost received the entire package but only delivered 1 item out of the 9 to me. Could it be possible the deliverymen is holding off on me? It's one whole week since the previous delivery. I think it's a bit unlikely.

 

b) Based on the package flow statements, something is not right. They don't say the package is here in SG as per above screenshot (my sea shipment package is ongoing as of now, can see that it cleared SG customs). But if u check the individual missing items statement, they say they cleared SG customs.

So did the warehouse in china ONLY send the 1 delivered item ?
