now singpost will put everything in the mailbox from ali even for registered mail by ali, never come up unless bulky items, at least for my case.

Shopee guarantees money-back if item not delivered. Let's see how their guarantee works !

Luckily it's just a $5 potential loss, not a $500 one.

At this time, I have half a mind to cancel all my Shopee purchase, and delete my account.

 

If anyone wants to buy a big and expensive item with Shopee, BEWARE !

After I raise a dispute with Shopee, not receiving my item, and back and forth with seller, Shopee set a dateline for another 3 days.

And what do you know ? The item appears in my mail box on the very last day magically.

Stupid sinkpost cause all these problems.

u r right! Singpost magically squeezed the parcel into the letter box which literally occupied the whole box!

In my case, it was opposite. I received the items in my post box first then only I received an email from Shopee saying that it's on it's way.

some months back my shopee order MIA when supposedly delivered by SpeedPost.

reported to SingPost and the CSO say I authorised them to drop off at shoe rack so not their problem, ask me check neighbour, check shoe rack again, check riser etc ... its their playbook ... groan...

I said I authorised to drop off at my address, if drop off wrong address not my liability right ?

after a few days of emails and phone calls my item appeared, postman had delivered to wrong address and managed to retrieve it. 

so while its convenient to authorise Singpost to drop off at shoe rack, not so convenient when they drop off at the wrong shoe rack.

Check the date stamp on the item.

Your posted or mailed order 'wife' came in the morning and left in the evening just before your wife came home from work ....
