Ali usually don't know when u receive it. Since virtually all their stuff comes via regular mail.

So usually u have to tick received on your side. If u didn't indicate, most of the time its still delivery in process...

You got to raise a dispute with alix, or else the money go the seller. Case closed.

Then either you receive or not, is your problem. Alix already washed hand.

actually can buy a lot of things if u slowly find or got nothing to do then just browse the hourly sales. 😁 My stock for the past two weeks.

Has anyone bought car seat covers from Shopee or Lazada and then go to a  workshop for installation?

What are the typical rates local workshop charge for labour alone?

The last time I bought seat covers from Amazon, it's simply pull over existing seat and using strings/threads behind to tighten.

Don't need workshop to do that.

I only know of 2 possibilities.

There is a max number of days to complete the deal from the day order place, I think is like 2 months. When you receive the product and hit "received" button with that time frame, Ali will release payment to seller. Otherwise if you did nothing, the seller will only get his money at the end of that time frame. 

If you did not receive anything closer to the end, you must highlight to Ali, otherwise if they dont hear from you, they will assume you got your product and release your payment, then your status will become  "delivery successful". 

2nd possibility is seller cancelled your order. This happened to me before, the seller simply cancelled the order without telling anyone, and the status suddenly become "delivery successful", dont ask me why like that, because I also dont know how come like that. 

go to your order and check if the seller had cancelled your order, then feed back to Ali, see what they say.

They look quite presentable, especially if your car seats are already soiled, sad looking

Shopee is the best, most of them are local seller and delivery pretty fast. Pricing also cheapest among lazada and qoo. They also have more bank vouchers.

 

Aliexpress worst, item can reach 1-2 month later. Refund process also not easy. Unlike shopee very fast do refund. 
 

used to be lazada and qoo customers. Qoo now hard to navigate and pricey, lazada is good to buy electronics and big ticket item, shopee for daily item

dont think u need workshop for such installation.

definitely not as neat as without the cover, the better option will be just to rewrap the seat if you going to drive it for another few years or so.

Ali usually will come in bulk. I've several purchases (18 items) since 12 May done on different dates, all items yet to arrive. All their stuff will be from China, while for Shopee ,alot are local seller with the rest from China/Malaysia. Notice the delivery is faster for goods from China if u purchase from Shopee compared to Ali.

Actually, I am thinking more of getting the materials from Taobao and do the wrapping here. Not the tie-on type of cover.

Am wondering what would be the labour charges for wrapping.

Is your item bulky? If not, probably singpost delivered and put in your mailbox. my latest delivery is like that. Put delivered but I never received. Found it in my mailbox a few days later.
