With the financial situation the company is facing currently, nobody will dare to buy their properties,  that will add more burden to their sales and therefore cash flow problem,  the vicious cycle may cause the company to collapes.  Unless they can find enough suckers to sign new deals with them which i dont think so,  lets see how long they can last.

Just watched XJP spoke yesterday wor. Face front still jin good, vibrant eco etc etc. Say other countries gd, cheena will be gd, but also self praised if cheena gd, other countries will be lagi gd. 😉

Been to this place only a couple of times.  Actually I kind of like it. I had the whole beach to myself, and usually when I dine there, all the servers are at my disposal.
