Curious what do you meant be last white. You got an event car?

 

I too was keen on this ride few months back and tok a test-drive. When trying to park the car after a short run, it stopped automatically with the car almost into the lot with big grinding noises. Was taken aback initially but subsequently it repeated itself again. Then realized that it could be due to sort of collision detection kind of system which not working well. The SE was also stunned and said he never encounter this before. Subsequently he offered that could be due to temp license plate hanging over the rear of the car, causing malfunction which I did not really believe haha.

 

But I definitely agree that this is a car worthy to get.

Price is as advertised for the octavia plus 1.0. The normal one i think left only 1 or 2 left.

Only tried the radio in the test unit and sound really not that impressive when increase the vol

Maybe will experience it more when get the car

Few months back I was enticed by pricing at current level due to an event car promotion which was very successful. So those buyers must be quite sad now that their cars could be had brand new if only they had waited for another 2 months more. But that is life lah, you never know what you gonna get.

No its not event car. They extend the promo to new cars after that. Since then units flying off the shelf. I think likely today all units will be off lol quite some crowd yesterday. New shipment dun know when come in.

Wrt the gearboxes used for Superb and Kodiaq. Are they the same? 6 dsg wet?

For me, I did not even have a test car to try it out.

But knowing its a skoda, never set any expectations anywhere lah.

All I can say is, it's better than most brands with factory speakers/sound system. But it is not as good as the Skoda MK2 generation.

I don't mind that I bought an event car and someone helped to run in the first 300km. The only thing I missed was I had limited colours to pick from and they have one red unit now.
