Drive for grab uber, how to convert to z10?

I read in the news that to drive for grab or uber, no longer need to register a new business to go to LTA and convert my car to Z10.

now can convert to Z10 with your own name, no business.

 

Anyone done it or know how to do it to convert to Z10 for grab uber?

actually i did. they ask me to refer to LTA website. HAHAHAHA

but LTA website (both lta.gov.sg and onemotoring.com,sg) don't have the specific instructions

Last time I went for query, you need to change your insurance to commercial too

convert to Z10 is a start,

then u need to go do the PHC decal with STA

then change ur insurance to commercial insurance

Anyone can advise after conversion, does it affect the ownership number count? 

Like i'm the 1st owner of my current car, after conversion, my car became a 2nd owner.

To my understanding, you can enjoy cheaper commercial insurance by transferring your NCD. 

You can only do the transfer once. You cannot transfer back if you do not wish to drive Uber or Grab.

My understanding is that under your own name subject to income tax from next assessment year. Registered company seems to have 100k tax off.
