Not likely my IU.. ERP and other carparks in the same estate are ok, and I can exit this particular one without issues. Only can't enter.. that's why the tech guy went to tweak the gantry's sensor frequency..

Hi all,would like to ask, last week I parked my car at The Bencoolen and wanted to exit, my EZ Link card can't be detected. The carpark attendant came out to check and told me that the EZ link card cant use for this building. I was surprised and luckily I have one spare cashcard that can be used to exit this ERP carpark. I thought any erp card  can use for any erp parking? Anyone encounter this issues?

@Blueray @inlinesix All along I'm been using the same EZ link card for few years and din have any problems entering shopping centres and HDB carparks. Maybe The Bencoolen building carpark managenment did not upgrade the Electronic parking systems that can accept multi cards to enter the carpark. Please note when entering The Bencoolen
