Anyone gets vezel from A Asset automobile? They offer the cheapest price in market. How is the after sale service?

I called them. Their price is not real. Meaning, have to wait for stock to come in.

Money stuck with PI is a very bad idea!!

Thks bro! ~24K

Wow thats really low!! For RS Hybrid with selling price of around 104,888 the stock carried by my PI, the OMV is between 28,500 to 34,500. With the average at around $31,000 OMV

I imported a 2016 vezel (honda sensing) to the caribbean. when the vehicle arrived, the deck came locked with a pin.

The model of the deck is vxm-165vfei.... Contacted the person who sold it in japan and they worked on it for a while but they eventually said they cannot get the pin to unlock it. They said it is also impossible to contact the previous owner.

Does anyone know how I can get this pin?

So the same vezel i imported from japan to the caribbean, it seems though that the led fog lights were "pushed back" into the car to prevent theft. The problem with this now is that I can't seem to get it back up. Originally it came with some sort of silver foil sticky like paper as if the lights were "Stuck on". There is a sort of bracket on the end of the lights where screws can go but there is no where on the vehicle for this to screw on it. It seems like it cannot actually be bolted on.

The light actually does not fit through the finisher.

I'm wondering how to get these lights back up to look like this.

This is what the vehicle looked like before I imported it. the fog lights were in tact.

Thank you in advance for your assistance

Andre1288, I think you are better off checking with the local agent for honda than trying to get answers here cos there are bound to be differences between Japan, Singapore and the Caribbean. Even if there are answers, they may not be applicable in your case. And I risk offending you by saying this, but will say it anyway... Caveat emptor... As a buyer you would have calculated the potential risks between what is promised / shown vs what is delivered /actual.

Take care and good luck!

Thank you for the advice.

No offense taken. We are accustom importing a lot of vehicles from japanese and we are aware that the deck may be in japanese or some of the writing/settings menu etc will be in japanese. I can live with all of this.

But i've never heard about a deck being locked and the supplier not being able to provide the pin. If the deck was unlocked and in japanese , i would be happy.
