Hi all,

 

recently just got my ride so still getting used to it, one question first, does it have a car alarm that i can use to locate my car if i forget where i park it in a large carpark ? Previous ride jus needs me to press the lock button to get some sound sensing but it kinda does not work with Vezel

 

it does have alarm but does not work like your aftermarket alarm whereby you can locate your ride by the sounds. You ned to install 3rd party alarm to have that functions.

Hi all, my agent quoted me $1100 with 10% ncd from AXA, is that price reasonable?

I think is totally not. Pls check with others. Direct Asia and Aviva sure cheaper but claim wise I not so sure.

Hi all,

Recently my vezel encounter this problem.

After start engine, abs light is on. Also got orange color "A" symbol. Skid and CTBA light also on. The handbrake "P!" symbol also on. Not sure what is wrong. Anyone encounter this before or know how to solve? Thanks!

Which insurance company ? That's a good deal you got. I am paying $800 (after 50% NCD) for my mum for ntuc as her age is 75 and nobody else will insure except ntuc.

What issues did you face before these symbols showed up ? For my case was battery flat, jump start once and then changed of battery solved the issue.

ya i just read in another thread that TEK doesn't encourage cam o running while parking as it might affects the car battery and the ismart function. if it is so, then the solution is very limited other than installing an additional battery to support the cam running 24hr.

Din't face any issue before this. Only start engine without pressing brake. After that off and on engine again then all these symbols pop up

So I think your quote is not too bad since you only have 10% NCD.

is there a blind spot monitoring and rear clearance monitoring option for Vezel?

Aren't these available on the FL versions since mid last year?

The only thing i can notice was the fog lights are different.

before Feb 2016 is Pre FL, after Feb 2016 is FL...

 

difference quite a bit...FL models has more factory fitted equipments as compared to pre FL. Wiser to get 2016 unless its a 2nd hand vezel hybrid
