my workplace is on site so we are pretty much bo zheng hu haha...

 

problem is sometimes the girls in my team dress too casual. and a bit hard for us to tell them so when the boss doesnt say anything...

i just joined a new local company. we have 30 office staffs, half of them are Singaporeans. problem started from my first day of work was, no one brings me around to intro me to each other. then i realised people here just do the own work and MYOB kind of environment. they don't meet eyes to eyes even when you are walking toward them face to face and its like you are invisible. i have been always the person smiling to them but only a few bothered to smiles back. the rest were cannot see. weird people.

my company provides additional monitor for our use! haha...

 

that's what we get as 3PL providers ... always get things that other depts don't want all just waiting to be scrapped.

new policies :

 

if you don't take unpaid leave, don't take m/c and don't even submit medical claims, then end of 2018 will get special bonus.

 

if you late for work, even 1 min, will deduct $5/day. forget to clock in will be considered late.

With this kind of new rules, it's even harder to recruit people and retain them.

already hard to find ppl as it is ... now dunno how many will leave soon ...
