I felt that that SAF should take a step back to review this before setting out any punishment. Whether Grab Hitch should be considered as moonlighting is really a grey area.

Take for example if he were to use his money and invest or to buy property and earn money from there, is it also called moonlighting? time is also need to meet with agent or broker to invest or buy property.

If investment is also considered moonlighting, den I think most nsmen will be arrested, as one of the most common topic we like to chat abt during ICT is investment, property and shares.

And to the pao tuo person, Its because of you that's why our society is moving a step back. *slap you max*

They should put a nice motto up. Something fancy sounding. Like "Arbeit Macht Frei".

Hey, if you're gonna do something, get it reich. :D

An easier example would be if he had charged say his relative a nominal fee for transportation. It just so happened that it appears to be a commercial transaction, he being under Grab. And this narrow-minded mofo sabo-ed him.

GrabHitch is like carpooling in the 80s or 90s, I reckon.

To SAF as long as you register to a company or entity, it is considered as moonlighting. So in this case, he registered with grab for grabhitch.

Impeccable logic from the SAF.

Will they start catching people selling their stuff on carousell or HWZ now? If I sell 1 item a week, is it moonlighting? how about 5?

Using 11B can apply for job?

This guy is a regular so I dont think he has pink ic right?

Depends which job. For temp jobs, why would the company hiring care? They aren't breaking any laws by hiring you as long as you are singaporean or PR.

Sell items online is no issue. Unless you do it big-time, set up blog shop as registered company, pay tax ... then that'll be a problem.

Just like teaching tuition is no issue for teachers. But if they set up tuition centre, that's wrong.

Minimum $5.

Unless they have some private arrangement then after that the biatchhhh buey song with something.

Someone in FB computed the distance to cost $7. With likely 50% off, the final amount payable by Ms Goh is $3.5.

He is not very smart to be on uniform while moonlighting. The old saf rules applies, can do anything bit don't get caught. Wearing uniform is asking to be caught. Women are known to be critical of army boys, even taking a seat on mrt in uniform also kenna complain on stomps.

I thought women like guy in uniform. Give them song Jung ki.

Wow brought back lot of memories. I was there for one year!

Maybe it was the promotion last time.

Nowadays, it's like hitcher pay $2 Grab pay $4 for a $6 ride, etc.

No such thing as $0.50.
