TangoElite 6th Gear August 11, 2017 Author Share August 11, 2017 (edited) Official Club Statement on Coutinho My heart skipped a beat while i clicked on the link and waited for the page to load http://www.liverpoolfc.com/news/first-team/271620-fsg-statement-on-philippe-coutinho We wish to offer clarity as regards our position on a possible transfer of Philippe Coutinho. The club’s definitive stance is that no offers for Philippe will be considered and he will remain a member of Liverpool Football Club when the summer window closes. TangoElite 6th Gear August 11, 2017 Author Share August 11, 2017 Just noticed that they used the headline "FSG Statement on Philippe Coutinho" when it is good news, they brand it as FSG's statement whereas in the VVD apology, the headline read: "Liverpool FC Statement" when it is bad news, it is LFC's statement

Wyfitms Twincharged August 11, 2017 Share August 11, 2017 So now his camp is spreading accusations that he is putting up the request cos he is not happy with his role and problems with klopp in the past months... Really baseless.. and if this is coming from coutinho directly, then I'm really disappointed
Shorty Turbocharged August 12, 2017 Share August 12, 2017 The reason given is utter bullcrap. Strained relation with klopp??? But only felt it when fsg issued the statement? Even when klopp kept insisting he wont b sold the relationship is ok? Wat the hell. Either he is manipulated by agent or family. Cos it was his family member who informed the press abt his transfer request n the reason.
Jamesc Hypersonic August 12, 2017 Share August 12, 2017 Klopp said he would have let Couti leave if the offer came in earlier for Liverpool to find a replacement but since its just one day before the PL opener then too bad Barca. Its their own fault really. They should have made the offer earlier.
