After 7 years, i rarely visit workshop more than once a year.  My yearly milage is 10k.

Newer bmw have more electronic, u know i visited workshop like monthly trip due to this and that sensor warning lol

Which year was your F10?

I don't think my 2012 Mini R56 has as much sensor as F10.

A lot of times, it is a matter of heng suay

My car probably a lemon. My other 2 friends drive f10 too same engine 2.0L turbo less issue. So maybe i unlucky or prev owner whack the car very hard

You whacked too hard liao bro. My previous f10 only has wear and tear issues - engine mount, suspension, brake pads and oil gaskets. Other than these, my driver door's soft close broke down and have to replace the suction mechanism (mechanic told me I probably slam my door shut too hard every time). 

Not too bad really.

Mine on top of ur issue except suspension and suction door, have to replace ignition coil and fuel pump. The fuel pump is the killer. 
 

then changed to f02 car ok but have mechatronic issue heng under pml warranty lol

I drive merc audi lexus toyota skoda all no issue le. The lexus and one of the merc age was older than the bm

never had issues with mine which had high mileage and was on yearly servicing till ripe old age

did you cut loss and dispose of it quickly?

It indeed is great; both the handling & the ride.  But wait till u have to replace the battery  😲 🤣

These are wear n tear issues, which are expected usually after 4 yrs....I've gotten used to having these parts changed in my beemers.
