I just realised yesterday morning that this CRV stays in the same estate as me n in the afternoon, I manage to speak to the owner who told me that this matter has been settled amicably with the Vezel driver who stayed back to own up. So all's well ends well. Thought I put this down for the record to close this matter, cheers!

something i have been thinking. PHV sticker does not mean drive UG rite? now all cars available for rent/ lease also claim to be UG ready. means PH insurance bought and registered with LTA as PH. so anyone go to rent/ lease a car fom rental coy all will drive out with a PHV decal. regardless if they rent/ lease for UG or personal usage.
