IMHO, It is either this or Optimum Leather Vinyl Protectant.

 

For more "rubbery" trim, can also check out 303 Rubber Seal Protectant.

I find the Optimum Leather Vinyl Protectant not effective for the rubbery door seal.

I have the 303 Rubber Seal Protectant sitting on there, waiting to try it out.
