23.3k, you trolling?

More like they're trolling. I'd love to share the screenshot but wouldn't wanna offend them publicly, though they should really get their sheet together.

As a buyer I have a different experience, whenever I see a car listed in sgcarmart advt-ed by Carro, i would send them the WhatsApp message but will get a response after few days saying that the salesperson whatsapp have an issue. I always wondered how come the whole world is using WhatsApp and only these selective people have an issue. From there I stopped sending the request to Carro advt cars. To me it is clear that they have no interest in selling the car

I bought a car from Carro and took their promo with 7 free servicing. The price was quite average and I liked that they provide a report of the car inspection prior to purchase.

When i go for the second servicing (within 1 year of car purchase, important because air-con did not flag up during the purchase inspection), air-con was still working. Even in the servicing report, it showed that the air-con worked. After servicing, when I receive the car, the aircon was not working. So I contacted them and they say to bring back to check, then workshop say aircon compressor and condensor spoil. They ask for $1k to replace. Really kenna scam.

Really better go to trusted workshop for servicing.

Now no trust already. dont know the purchase inspection report can be trusted or not. better choose another place to buy your car.

Their cars are also usually sold way above what other dealers are offering. I am surprised you actually bought from them.

I have only bought a used car from a dealer. All my other used car purchase are via direct seller.

Either direct seller or car dealer, always send to your own trusted workshop for thorough inspection before commit to purchase. For 2nd hand cars, confirm got to spend some $$ to repair

Very good advice.

For cars less than 3-4 years old or immediately after warranty, usually still can have some peace of mind unless it is an accident car or very high mileage

The usual advice is to set aside 2-3k for repairs for second hand cars and that should be factored in when nego the final price

My own experiences with buying second hand cars with a designated workshop warranty has not been good. The worst was once had to go back a few times and each time some parts were changed without solving the problems. and none of the parts were considered under warranty.

I always had the impression that the boss of Carro used to be a member who does occasionally posts in the forum …

owns a Gallardo when he was here or I got the wrong guy ..

Neutral Newbie

Seems that Carro ask for a copy of the LTA e-letter after the car transfer from them to buyer.
Why do they need the LTA letter? When they transfer car and the buyer accepts, they will receive a letter as well wat.
