If they refund into credit card then how to cash out the 10k? Cannot be put inside as credit to swipe till finish right ?

My guess is to swipe till depleted the refunded amount. If able to be refunded out in cash, then don't think bank will still give u the points/ rebates for the refunded amount.

 

Almost happened to me when 4th bid failed and was told by SE.
