Jman888 Moderator April 28, 2017 Share April 28, 2017 做不了大事才驾德士 名鸡饭老板20千元钞呛司机 2017年4月28日 星期五 03:08 PM 文/赖凌杉, 陈玉能, 吴睿明 来自/新明日报 男子掏出一叠 千元钞票，在司机 的面前数了起来。（视频截图） 千元找钱酿风波！男子要以千元钞支付12元车资被拒，不仅被拍到对德士司机爆粗口挡车门，还拿出一叠约20张千元钞票当面数，羞辱对方说他就是做不了大事才会当德士司机，据《新明日报》查悉，他是本地知名老字号鸡饭餐馆老板！ 这起事件发生于昨日凌晨3时，地点是波东巴西2道的停车场，2分钟视频在网上疯传。 据《新明日报》步步追踪查获，涉及事件的37岁男子，是本地知名老字号鸡饭餐馆的第三代老板，33岁的德士司机则未被镜头拍到。据了解，德士司机当时载着一对男女前往目的地途中，男子到达目的地后，车资约12元，他被指给司机一张千元钞票。 司机表示没得找，男子竟开始爆粗，之后叫对方将他载到自己停泊的轿车，以便取钱，但遭司机拒绝，双方因此吵了起来。 德士司机报了警，并坐在车内拍摄男子的行为，根据视频中两人的对话，男子站在驾驶座位旁，挡在了司机和车门之间，并挑衅司机继续拍摄，还摆出了胜利的手势。 司机频频叫男子让开，让自己关上门，不过对方虽然嘴上说会让开，身体却依然文风不动。 司机提到说他的钱还在车门隔层时，对方被拍到嘲讽他的钱看起来很多，自己也要看一下自己有多少钱，边讲边从后裤袋中取出钱包，打开后又放回去，接着从上衣口袋中取出一叠千元钞票。 男子紧接着就在司机面前算起了钞票，据记者目测，相信有约20张钞票，共2万元左右。 司机要求男子让开，并表示会等警方到场，男子却再次算起钞票，并挑衅他说要关就关，羞辱对方做不了大事所以才会当德士司机。 整段视频最后以男子将钱收了起来后，把手伸进车里，欲触摸什么东西时被司机阻拦而告终 部分对话内容 德士司机和涉事男的部分对话内容： 男子：哎哟，你要拍就拍。兄弟，和平（比“V”手势）。哟哟哟。 司机：Hello，你可以借过一下吗？我要关门。 男子：我不懂你要停好来，你跟我讲咯 司机：现在我已经跟你讲了，而且我的钱在那边（车门隔层），你可不可以借过一下。 男子：你的钱，你的钱，哇很多钱，多少钱？你跟我讲，哇，这么多钱，我看都没看过这么多钱。兄弟，我看我的钱，我控制不了自己。 司机：Hello，你可以借我过一下吗？我要关那个门，我已经报警了，现在警察在来的路上。 男子：你要关就关，要敢敢关，做个男人，要敢敢“摔”那个门......人家在那里顶住你的位，你就做不了大事。你知道为什么你今天是德士司机吗？就是因为你做不了大事你明白吗？ 老板平时少搭德士 受访店家指出，老板平时出入自己开车，不解他为何事发时搭德士。 视频被疯传后，网民也纷留言为德士司机抱不平，有人认出并指涉事男是本地50多年老字号的鸡饭餐馆老板。 记者今早走访其中一家，附近店家纷纷表示都听说老板涉及此事，今早还看到老板到来。 有店家透露，老板平时都是自己开车，不知那天为何搭德士，或许是喝了酒。 律师：男子行为 可构成3罪行 受访律师指出，涉事男的行为或可构成三罪行。 阿莫勒律师受访时说，男子的一系列行为可触犯公共滋扰（Public Nuisance）法令，不让德士司机关车门可算是非法禁锢，即使司机能下车，也不能把车子留在那里。 此外，男子对司机说出侮辱性用词也可构成罪行。 完整报道，请翻阅2017年4月28日的《新明日报》。 2 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

I have eaten at YKN before while running by. The rice is salty, lack of chicken flavor. And I spent about $8 with drink.
