Just wondering if they do make an extra effort to try to contact the owner to see if anything is damaged from the irresponsible action done by the installers. The shop already kind enough to reply positively and admit oversight, normal person would just let it go. Do remember that this is only a audio installer not some high end service-oriented joint. You are dealing with mechanics and installers, what more are you expecting? And your last sentence very insulting. The shop definitely know a thing or two about sound, judging from the trophies on display while I was there. Do continue to stay away from the shop with your guiding principle, if you think it is not good enough for you that you must pay a lot to be happy.
