Where to alter home curtain?

Want to lengthen my home curtain a bit. Anyone know where can do curtain alteration? Preferably in the east.

Go to IKEA Tampines. There is a sub con at the customer service department. They are doing curtain alteration and custom made for customers. Lengthening is simple work so I think they will do it. Maybe you can call to their customers service and ask.
