the no of bidders are not that much (less than the previous bidding) and much less than the previous months, yet price went up...

Well...I guess Cat A COE has stabilised somewhat despite the news of Nov's quota cut. Many predicted a rise.

Well...I guess Cat A COE has stabilised somewhat despite the news of Nov's quota cut. Many predicted a rise.

Maybe ADs too late to collect many orders for this round coe?! Looks like next round coe confirmed up to at least 55k for Cat A. Due to 3 weeks coe period and quota cut.
