Yes,I believe there’s some protocol or check list to run thru with the customer.

Reckon ,she gets too carried away with her new toy & forgets everything the SE throw @ her

or

She casually forgets ,she’s there to collect her car & put on a too revealing her dressing, showing more than what she should.

Thus,the SE gets realli really distracted.

Its either dis or dat ,perhaps BOTH.

That's 35, 43 & 53.

45, 63 & 65 are from Affalterbach.

45 are build in new factory next to the existing V8 engine.

this new approach by C&C to address any question to MB is quite refreshing

the answers are very professional and you get the answers directly. (much better than the usual BS that your SA / SE gives)

i was told servicing credits confirm cannot.

for C&C, service credits have always been tied to the individual not the car

unless there is a recent rule change or a specification that it can be transferred at time of buying   

owners with excess credits can use that to buy the merchanise before transfer

some companies may allow though

Can't edit my reply. Wanted to add some things. 

Having the same AD may explain it but there are also flaws with that line of thinking.

We run into issues like Alpine/Renault (all under Wearnes). I guess that maybe doesn't apply to Alpina/BMW since the former is being sold by BIS but when they were being sold under Munich, they were still under the same parent company but listed as separate marques.

I think it's just that Borneo wants to inflate their numbers by lumping them together. They have a choice, but they decided not to. 

That also means Lexus is not an official luxury marque in Singapore (yes there are stats on this - Infiniti is included but Lexus is not).
