Any bro came across Bobby Fischer's book(s) on chess?

Please keep a look out for me. Thank you.

He was a chess Grandmaster at the age of 15! I remember borrowing his book from the Toa Payoh library when I was a teenager and started beating almost everyone at chess except my dad. [laugh]

Wah!!! Bobby Fischer!  Legend but sadly tragic.

Unless it's a local book. If u want hardcopy books, Bookdepository.co.uk will deliver to your house free delivery from UK.

90% of the time cheaper than local bookstores.

But didn't know about this opentrolley website.

Used to use another online bookstore before i went digital.

Good good!! Thank you, bro. [wave]

Our doc is also correct.  Book depository is also a good source for books.  Pound also cheep cheep now.  I compare Amazon, Book Depository and Open Trolley to see which one gives me the better deal.  [thumbsup]

So young pick up Fischer's skills, how come you never become chess grandmaster?

He started his own children mobile library , with his tiny budget [thumbsup]  :a-good:

Had a great afternoon at our first-ever mobile library session at Ghim Moh. Many came by to borrow the books - most of them teens and children.

A girl told us she only had $5. "You don't have to pay," we said, "but you must promise us that you will read the books and come back to borrow more next month, okay?" "Okay," she said, beaming. Made our day.

I am a great fan of Jeffrey Archer. Have MOST of his books ..... Fantastic fiction writer ! You can try his very first blockbuster - Kane & Abel

Next up is Paulo Coelho .... A bit soul-searching type

One book that really made me think is Celestine Prophecy by James Redfield

In my army days, I was simply hooked on The Belgariad

haha i was hooked on belgariad in primary school.

I read sorceress of Darshiva at primary 4.

After that i went on a reading marathon and finished most of the belgariad and mallorean over a few days.

I tend to re-read books i like. I've at least read every book of the belgariad and mallorean 10 times over  -_- Some possibly even many times more. Last time go library, not much choice, have to read what's available.

KANE and ABEL is his best book, to me.

As the TS, haha I haven't been reading much the last few months. Mostly still reading Thinking, fast and slow.

It's quite a long read.
