personally, I find these mooncake boxes a waste of materials and resources.

 

there was a time when Regent Hotel had traditional mooncakes in simple box packing and was $10 cheaper.

 

that was good.

Today's brunch at my fav fish shop stall in a shopping mall.

"Mission Bread" looks like not fully accomplished...LOL

 

Wanted to make normal soft bread, but ended up with something like a country bread. Don't know what went wrong, the bread is very crispy on the outside, almost like a baguette, but heavy and dense inside. Wondering could it be the wholemeal flour I used.

 

This morning went to buy a bag of white bread flour and try again, see later how is the out come...LOL
