So what's the moral of the story bro?

Hate Toyota and condemn them for not getting your car at the first bid, or keep calm and wait patiently because good things come to those who wait?

Enjoy your car, I'm pretty sure you will enjoy your purchase.. or will you come back and tell us it doesn't feel like an Audi / Hyundai / Merc etc?

As I said I never condemn them at first bid... I condemn in advance for 3-4bid if cannot get.. haha..

Hope I don’t need condemn the car... hope it will be smooth drive for many years.. hope it maintain a reliable and trustful brand..haha

New model confirmed price more expensive esp the new gen altis have more features than the current altis. You see the new mazda 3 you already see the price is so high.

Good for you, since the car already parked there waiting for you, so BM should not delay much in getting coe for you de. Enjoy your new ride.ð

Most likely can drive my new car next week... hope for a smooth drive... :)

I don't understand this extreme eagerness of new car buyers to secure their COE asap.

If you had traded in your existing car, it's to your benefit to hold on to your existing car longest possible, as it depreciates in value day after day, and register your new car latest possible!!!

For the big boys like Borneo Mtrs, securing COE is guaranteed, even under the non guaranteed scheme.

Older gen Toyota do not have high tech... which make maintenance long run easy... anyway with 5 year unlimited warranty should be peace of mind...

Bro, you have collected your car liao?

Maybe it is a safety feature not to auto unlock all doors when stop? Although you might able to override the setting?!

I think it is because of boot. When it Auto Unlock, the boot also unlock which mean anyone behind can open it. In Malaysia you luggage maybe rob when you park your car...they just standby when you park..

dont understand why boot cannot be set to be always locked... very stupid!

The boot can be open when the lock is unlock, something like hatchback car, there is a latch to open the boot.

This is not good if you door is set as Auto Unlock when in park mode. People can just open your boot and take your stuff.
