It was at Clark Quay area... no other same model to compare.

The empty parallel lot was between 2 Merz.

Almost bumper to bumper, but at least the reverse camera was useful.

too conscious about what cars in front and behind?

Maybe you will perform better if they were b&b cars?

Se will not disclose any till they clear all the existing stock lol

My SE mentioned that new Altis will be the only version Toyota custom make for sg (only sg is having 1.6 version)

Won't take too long. Last week SE told me left 3 colors. Guess the hardest to sell is brown. The rarest I saw on road.

If anyone like this color, can take your chance to wait for further lelong price.

Neutral Newbie

I went to showroom on fri and was quoted 104,988 for elegance, brown. Only 1 year free servicing, guranteed coe. Need to add 1k for black and 2k for red. The next day was informed by SE that red is out, left only brown and black.

I tried to negotiate for having more discount in price or additional free stuff, ie. waive the 1k to get black, longer years of free servicing. All not successful. They strictly stick to what is published in the package. The only offer is that, SE offered to discount 300 from her comm. She said this is a big cut from her own comm. And was told that this price is already at min that BM can offer. Just to share the info here in case anyone also looking at altis recently.

Wonder if it's really true that SE's comm is so little?

Btw I also asked about the facelift. She said maybe need to wait for a couple of months, no info on the new features.

A wild guess here:   problem of the new facelift to meet the Euro 6 standard that coming in Sep? so they have to delay and fine tuning the engine?

No more black colour? So that means nothing to be waived right? Cos 1k top-up is for black only.

Black need top up 1k

Red need to top up 2k

Even demo/display unit are sold out.

Totally zero room of negotiation. If anyone of you have a SE that is willing to nego. do let me know.

What do you wish to negotiate? Like you said, even demo units are sold. Just imagine if you are the SE, would you give in to nego knowing that the product will move?

Not worth buying now.

Wait for new facelift lah.

Just bear in mind the new model for sure more expensive. Though don't have exact figure, do note of the various features e.g. Additional airbags... on top of being a 'new' FL model.

So if you really don't fancy these factors, why not? We have been driving a 2 airbags car for so many years, for example.

But also have an equally proven reliable engine, with the extra money in pocket, or can use it to zng until happy :)

Again here depends on individual. No right or wrong ha. Just to note of some considerations.

Yes, I mean those comparing no FL and the 'new' FL should have already committed earlier, like myself.

If still undecided, not worth paying more for no FL now.

Those waiting for 'new' FL, sure got $$ to pay more. Lol

Yup. This one I agree. Thanks for clarifying.

Unless they give ridiculous discount or package to sway the decision.

If not, can start dismantling the remaining stock and keep the parts in their spare part inventory. Kekeke
