If $1 happens, a lot of people will rush in to renew COE for their 8+/9+ yr old car.

This will reduce the quota for the next couple of quarters, and lead to a MASSIVE increase in COE prices! :(

Just a quick info, ordered my car on early April at 46,000 Cat A, 1st bidding secured COE at 47,300. Received delivery Last week april..

Yes internet bidding close at 3pm, so far has 27 guesses, results will announce after 4pm (the real bidding).
