I just placed downpayment for vitara 2wd! Se informed was not successful in previous round of bidding so now anxiously awaiting for next bidding! I'm starting to check out what accessories to get for the car. Noticed that till now, there is no Facebook group for vitara owners. For a start, have set up a telegram chat group and calling all vitara owners to join!

PM me if interested to join.

Anyone has recommendation for servicing (non CM) and parts like engine oil/filter?

New Vitara facelift revealed.
Addition of new 1.0L Boosterjet engine, replacing the current 1.6. But even the Swift with the same engine got slapped with 10k VES, doubt Vitara with this engine will do any better. Time will tell.

Turbocharged

50,000 km - SGD 370

40,000 km - SGD 560

30,000 km - SGD 399

Lol I think he's laughing all the way.

SG car servicing cost is one of the cheapest in the developed countries. For other countries it's so expensive they diy their servicing and change their own oil..

Not sure if the 1.0l boosterjet engine is powerful enough for this SUV.

Should be okay. SX4 S-Cross is roughly the same size as Vitara, also uses the same 1.0L Boosterjet engine. I believe CM is bringing that in soon. The norm for this subcompact SUV class is small displacement turbocharged engines like in Hyundai Kona, Seat Arona, Toyota C-HR, Citroën C3 Aircross, no surprise Suzuki went that route as well.

Update on the TPMS purchase from taobao. It works! Today my wife drive out the car and came back telling my the TPMS keep sounding g alarm on left rear tyre. Upon inspection found a nail on it! So using rotation detect lost of pressure can work too.
