Don't think can. Anyway if you can collect car means LTA pass it already why worry? Nowadays most car rear viewing mirror got auto dimmer like in Vitara so not really big issue.

Well put it another way. I don't want to blind other road users that are facing me (oncoming traffic). On level roads, my HID is hitting the bootlid of most sedans already.

What is your previous ride?

SUV and compact SUV are higher in sitting position, and naturally the headlight will need to angled so that the driver's visual is not hindered when driving at night or the environment is dark.

If angle is too low or downward, he or she may not be able to see far infront of the car.

SX4 --> Civic --> Vitara.

For Grand Vitara, I googled that there is a dial that is behind the headlamp cluster that can adjust the beam. Hopefully its the same for the new Vitara. If not then I also can't do anything liao.

Or should I say, I can't do anything for other road users liao..

I believe that there isn't a need to adjust the angle of projection since it is LTA compliance. Anyway, don't forget, our car is also fitted with fog light, and if we switch on it... It is even blinding...

Ok bah. It didn't hit rear view mirror or side mirrors, so not too bad. I saw a beemer suv also like that. Somemore Vitara is only using LED not HID. The brightness only short distance. If it's heavy rain during day time, the headlights doesn't make any difference. Other users can only see your yellowish fog lights. It looks bright only because of the magnifying lens. If you have a zoom LED torch you can see, either wide area or zoom long distance, cannot have both. As long as don't switch on the high beam, not too blinding.

Hello, I believe there are new vitarians who collected their new car on 30th Nov. Saw quite a few at the delivery centre when i'm there. Congrats all!

By the way, just to hear from you guys....do you all disable the Auto-start/stop feature everytime you drive or you all just leave it?

For me I just turn it off every time I drive.

I don't like the feeling on the car shutting down and restarting everytime I come to a stop.

When there are traffic jams, off. Also depends on the driver’s mood...

During my collection I'm the only vitara. The rest Toyota. Good to see more on the road.

I always off the auto start/stop. So before off engine close mirror, after start engine open mirror & off auto stop. Used to it aldy.

Also found out after closed the mirrors and switched off engine, u can depress the mirror button again, so when u start the car again it will open.

Nice bro, I like how you make it semi-auto for the side mirror [laugh]

I plug into this USB port as shown in picture.

I have reformatted to fat32 and have tried another USB thumdrive as well.

Inside the thumbdrives are mp3 files

Select media button on the player but only can toggle to Bluetooth....

Tot it should show AUX? I only play from phone, as it can also continue from where it stops. Even streaming app will also reopen.

For flash drive, some types like those interchangeable microSD card reader type may not work.

Use older type safer.
