Price list stated 2018 registration so means this year order full liao only next year got car and any car register in 2018 VES takes over CEVS. So 20k penalty for Vitara.

They won't tune the engine for lower CEVS?

I don't think tunning can lower NOx emission. But kinda unusual for NOx level to be this high for petrol engine without TC.

Gonna be a vitarian on this Thursday.

Anyone bought carshade for Vitara?

Hi everyone, just collected my Vitara today. I somehow feel like the headlights are angled quite high, anyone thinks this way or it's just me? Any way to adjust?

Don't think can. Anyway if you can collect car means LTA pass it already why worry? Nowadays most car rear viewing mirror got auto dimmer like in Vitara so not really big issue.

What is your previous ride?

SUV and compact SUV are higher in sitting position, and naturally the headlight will need to angled so that the driver's visual is not hindered when driving at night or the environment is dark.

If angle is too low or downward, he or she may not be able to see far infront of the car.

They shld do something like the subaru challenge. Everyone will know about their car.

I still believe they need to have the boosterjet models, im sure some buyers prefer them and willing to pay more.

And hw much more can it be? Still cheaper than mazda cx, qasqhai etc.

Btw now 40% downpayment for omv above $20k?

Agree with this. Or do like an event to prove the worthiness of the Vitara like the TNP SUVival challenge then ppl will start to wow the car..

Did anyone managed to solve that smelly aircon air issue after changing the filter?

Seems like the smell in my aircon is gone. Have been using a small in-car air purifier and alot of small activated charcoal packs. The smell gradually became less. And recently I sort of heated the charcoal packs in a bag ontop the engine bay when I vacuum the car, then on the aircon heater, blow for abt 10mins. And lastly used a power bank to run the air purifier overnight, for 2 nights. Nowadays no more smell when I start engine in the morning. No need car fragrance...
