I will agree C-class and A4 is more solid in the inside than Giulia but not the 3 series. At least that is me. The moment I seat in the 3 series, I see hard plastic everywhere where I see more leather in the Giulia. To to his own I guess

affirmative. the 3 series has the lousiest seats and plasticky interior.

A4 is plain looking inside and outside

C Class is the best among the 3.

My heart ð is pumping hard..omg 500hp.

I drove my friends 159 years ago.. still remember how lovely was the drive and handing..

if I donât get another MPV, and still wanna get a car.. it should be the Alfa Giulia instead of the other 3 contis

Yeah, I realised, after the test drive, what was missing in my recent cars. It's the sense of fun and zest, the feeling of being connected and involved with the car.

And with the Giulia, you don't have to pay a high price in terms of NVH, ride comfort and luxury. Only complaints are rear seat access and boot opening size.

I'm smitten.

Have u tried the G30 530? How does the drive feel?

The 530 definitely has a more luxurious interior. Keen to know if the drive is good, with at least a similar if not better feel than the Giulia.

Finally found time to visit EA recently. The car is how everyone has described and if I am in the market for this segment, this would be THE car to go with - nice engaging drive and good standard equipment level even with base model.

Over and above that, I enjoyed chatting with the SEs of Alfa as they really know the cars they are selling and you get a great sense of passion when they speak about the car. Very unlike many of the SEs from the German marques [:)].

Had a short spin in a G30 520d in M-sport trim. It's far more lux, has better build than even the W213, and rides very well and steers competently. Feels similar to my current car, just better. But I didn't get the kind of buzz like in the Alfa. Maybe it's the size and weight.

How about the engine note? The aural feel in the cabin while driving?

Maybe cos it's a diesel, the comparison won't be fair though.

I think only @razzd can let us know soon.

Yeah, sounds like a diesel, noisier than E220d. The Giulia didn't sound too exciting to me though.

Still need to experience the Stinger to see if it can replicate that kind of feeling of connectedness.

For a stock car the grunt heard in the cabin is good enough.

I wound down the windows during the test drive. It's pretty quiet. It needs a nice aftermarket exhaust.

The Stinger GT is different. It sounds good inside and outside, although still a bit muted for a twin turbo V6.

Yeah, BMWs used to be fun to drive, but they have lost a lot of that after the launch of the F10. They have gone mass market (FWD cars), added more bells and whistles, and geared more towards comfort and luxury.
