Send in my dad Qq for 50k under last npmp.

3.5yr with 35k mileage.

They OK with the extend of the npmp beyond the 3 year period so no payment.

Requested GPS update but they say over 3 yr need to pay. Skip

Feedback my boot struts spoil. Open hard close soft. Not part of warranty even if within 3 yr. Skip.

SA called to say oil seepage due to oil seal near pulley. Quote close to $300 for repair. Skip.

Anyone know if the oil seal can be done cheaper outside? Any recommendations?

Thanks!

Hi Wildfaye29,

Your QQ is not on Infinity 3+2 years warranty.? Is so those repairs required should be on warranty?

Best Regards

Hello Hafiras. Did u managed to resolve this issue? I also occasionally experienced a tok sound underneath my right carriage when I turned right to go up the slope or over hump. Prob was that I was unable to replicate the prob when the tech tested the car with me so TC brushed it off and only applied lubricant. My ride is about 44k, coming to 2nd yr.

Okie.. car was staionary when the start/stop kicks in.. after that, u wanted to move off, but the engine couldnt start.. any fault lights?

Cause there are instances where the engine comes back, but the car cannot move.

Disengage the startstop for a few days and monitor if the issue comes back like what the other bro said..

No fault lights. Turned off these few days and nothing strange happens. Will turn it on again to see if it reoccurs again..

Think you can go back to TC and ask them to check the startstop

Hi Dez

I still havent gone back to TC due to work commitments. Try to record when the tok sound occurs. I know that its an occasional thing and its hard to record or replicate the issue. For mine, the sound became more frequent after 2 months it started and i started to record whenever i go through the same road turning right which will produce the tok sound. It took me 3 days to really catch the tok sound on recording. Or u can try turning the steering wheel to the right while the car is stationary. But dont forget to start recording before turning your steering wheel. For mine, the tok sound will also occur while turning the steering wheel when the vehicle is stationary. But it will only happened once and the sound will go away if u try to do it again. That is why i ask u to start the recording before turning the steering wheel while the vehicle is stationary for the 1st time. TC wont do anything if the problem is not consistent. I waited until the tok sound is consistent then i raised the issue with TC. There is 1 bro who gave the solution on what to change to resolve the issue a few pages back. I will be bringing up the issue again during my next servicing. The 1st time they changed my shock absorber. For 1 week all is well but the sound came back. I try to dig out on what to change to resolve the issue for you.

Here it is: from Sx4falcon experience. Will ask TC to change the same thing for my next servicing.

Sx4falcon

I could reproduce the sound using the following method.

When moving off slowly from parking lot, make full right turn slowly and then return steering wheel slowly till tyres straighten. I could hear the tok sound. The items changed were similar. If they are changing those items, please ensure that they perform front wheels alighnment.

Hi Guys, My reverse camera stop working, after put gear to R the HU didn't switch reverse mode. Any idea what can I check? Thanks.

You might need to stop the car first and slowly change to reverse. If the gear is changed too fast the HU might not switch to reverse mode... Not sure yours is facing the same thing but no harm giving it a try.
