Why make the coe bidding a 3-day affair when the real action starts only on the 3rd day after 12pm? Might as well make it a 1 or 2-day exercise.

U can set up the reserve bid during the first 2 days, not everybody will be free to monitor on the last day.

LDA should build new underground NSL and free out the existing lands and also to have latest rail system to minimize the breakdown .... Since LDA already confirm wants to build what NS corridor like buses travel

Underground , why not use this route to build new NSL instead ?
