You can buy a small canister of helium at Spotlight @ Plaza Sing ..should be around $ 50-60

My SIL hired this balloon twister for my niece 7yo BD party. They are very very good. You look at the fb and see their work. It's the best balloon twisting I have seen so far.

There are shops nearby Bugis Plus which provides helium inflating balloon services if thats what you're referring to.

if u don't need helium gas then u can go party shops like SKP to buy a balloon pump, then DIY
