The design same but the parts very different.

The header now come with 1 more sensor so cannot use 1.5/2.0

The exhaust also different, now no more big muffler instead its straight like the CS3

 

So now trying to find more people driving the same see if can group purchase and get legal exhaust as well

Changing the exhaust header will straight away void the warranty.

Yup that is correct. The exhaust setup for 1.6 differ from the 1.5/2.0

Err, I forgot how much my AIG insurance but I know not cheap despite i got 50% NCD and 5% safe driver discount. Lol. I know is 1k+

Yup, like that same as mine 55% discount and was quoted close to $1.1K.

I had 20% NCD paying about $2.2

 

I have check and the following can be used from 1.5/2.0:

 - Strut bar etc.

 - Coilover

 - Air snorkel (I replace mine with the Ralliart snorkel)
