as SUV, sluggish doesn't matter,

offroad capability is important, if you mind sprint, forget about SUV

These soft-roader SUVs aren't much good offroad either. They just have relatively higher ground clearance thats all.

For SUV 2L, picking up speed will be sluggish definitely,off road would be better and I bet fuel consumption will be slightly higher, I can speak much on the rear as it straight flat down curl, looking sharp and neat.

 

The front was a complete face-lifted and it's brings a fresh breath of mint too. should be a 2.2litre instead

i actually wonder if harrier sales will suffer. maybe people who bought harriers in the past did so because they wanted to masquerade as a lexus. now that it's a separate model from the RX, such appeal may not be there anymore.

 

on its own, it's still a very nice car. but it'll just be a toyota. in a place like singapore where brands still matter so much, i think it matters.

 

Agree. Removed this impt mod, the appeal is missing. And with a 2L, it's a struggle to move the wt of the body.

in general Toyota present humble paper data against their competitors' brilliant data,

I have tested drive both Hyundai Tucson 2.0/166bhp and RAV-4 2.0/151bhp,

honestly speaking, I really couldn't feel 166bhp stronger, and felt 151bhp a bit sprint than 166bhp

The external dimension seems smaller than both the new lexus Rx as well as the old harrier.

However this is a car I would definitely consider if I can afford.
