Piss or not, thing is issue has been happening for many years and still unresolved. Another typical issue which happens in estate which cannot be resolve. Lol.

my estate also have unsolvable problem .... more HDB sold more season tix than the lots they have !! now resident season holders coem back late no lot to park .... then they anyhow park ... some will kenah saman, some will be lucky.

This problem has been around forever.

My old place also. The carpark v big, and it was the sector near my block (and a few other blocks) that were always full. The other sectors across a big monsoon drain (but via the same entrance/exit) got fewer car owners so is emptier. Problem is need to walk like 3-5 min so many residents of those blocks near mine who bought season parking, if went home late, will double park.. then when kena summon will write in to explain. I think all were waived, but probably told to park further at valid/empty lots in future.

How can they sold more season tix than the lots they have le? No brain ah?

Every estate sure have unsolvable problem due to town council and HDB are totally useless organisation.

Walk 3-5 min to the other carpark also don't want to walk? People nowadays really very lazy le. Lol.
