perhaps in today's context / era, managing a country is unlike yesteryear.

At least the government use the oil to trade with China for building the town.

These countries they don't need to stay and buy expensive HDB like housing. They can just build a house in the massive land they had and call it their own house and land.

Dont say ulu, cause it luxury housing. So it's exclusive and peaceful.
