Is there a bug on MCF

Is there a bug of some sort on MCF?

 

I have been experiencing these on all of the pages......

yes, experienced it yesterday.

 

sometimes a bit slow and at times things on screen do not display properly.

 

I just close and come back later.

 

Windows 7.

Experienced something similar yesterday. But it was a page that shows Server down or something along that line. Was ok when I re-enter 15mins later.
