Panel beating without respray?

Reverse and hit something. Bumper dented but doesnt seems to have too much damage to the paint work.

 

Is it possible to just knock back my bumper without respray as the car is already on its final year?

There are quite a number of Paintless Dent removal specialist. Can try to find them here. I used to send mine to Revol for their services.

 

Btw, i'm not a staff or anything related to Revol. You can always go to others if prices are better and more competitive.

I would just leave it. As you said, final year for your car already, no point spending the money on cosmetics.

Bumper is plastic. Just push it out from the inside.
